Mary Eberstadt

Mary Eberstadt author photoMary Eberstadt is one of our nation’s leading cultural critics and religion scholars, and a Senior Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, DC.  Eberstadt served at the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Mission to the United Nations under President Reagan.

Eberstadt is a frequent media guest, and has written widely for magazines and newspapers, among them The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, National Review, The Weekly Standard, First Things, Commentary, and Policy Review.  She was executive editor of the National Interest and managing editor of the Public Interest.

Eberstadt is the author of several influential books including Adam and Eve after the PillHome-Alone America, and the satire The Loser Letters.
